Monthly Accounting Services

Our goal is to provide you with proactive accounting and consulting advice for you and your practice.  The first step in achieving this goal is to be able to have up-to-date information on the financial health of your practice.  Therefore, we provide accounting services on a monthly basis. Our comprehensive accounting services include:

•            Monthly financial record keeping that includes preparation of a Profit and Loss Statement for your practice, including the current month and year-to-date figures, as well as historical financial comparisons on a quarterly basis.

•           Monthly reconciliation of your bank statements for all business checking and  savings accounts.

•     All Federal and State quarterly payroll tax reports and forms will be prepared by us, including annual W-2 forms for your staff and 1099 forms, if necessary.

 We like to be proactive in your business, discuss your practice’s financial data and share information relative to your specialty.  Therefore, we compliment our accounting services with regularly scheduled visits to your office.  Generally, we will visit your office every other month at a time that is mutually convenient.
