- If trying to determine a type of retirement plan for your practice, an assessment can be completed to determine which type of plan is most advantageous. This would include comparative employer contribution projections.
- We can ensure that initial plan legal documents and agreements are drafted and executed.
- Investment applications may be prepared and submitted if applicable.
- Determination of participant eligibility and preparation of all initiation paperwork, such as Salary Deferral Election forms, Investment Direction forms, Designation of Beneficiary forms.
- Projected employer contribution calculations are prepared to ensure that the Plan maximizes the owners and is not overfunded.
- An annual administration report is prepared, including employer/employee contribution calculation, reconciliation of plan assets, earnings allocations to participants, participant Statements of Account, Summary Annual Report, rates of return on plan assets, IRS Form 5500 and required schedules.
- Participant Distributions – required paperwork is prepared regarding pre and post distributions, including paperwork to participants, financial institutions and client; preparation of IRS Forms 1099-R, 945, federal and state tax depositories and state withholding reconciliations on participant distributions.
