opportunities to merge with or acquire another practice. We
provide financial and structural guidance as well as work closely with
your attorney or other advisors in seeing through the process to
completion.

also can evaluate the need for adding associates to an existing
practice and assist in structuring compensation packages which will
attract desirable candidates.
